Join us at the iconic Plaza Hotel in New York City for a special evening filled with cocktails, dining and, most importantly, the recognition of our 2023 Award winners. The opulent Plaza Ballroom has been meticulously restored to its original grandeur, helping to make this year's Gala a sparkling evening of connection and celebration. 

This year's Gala speaker is Bea Arthur, LHMC, Founder and CEO of The Difference, an on-demand therapy service. Bea is a Columbia University-trained psychotherapist, award-winning entrepreneur, and TEDx speaker. She was named an "Entrepreneur to Bet On" by Newsweek magazine and one of the "100 Most Inspirational New Yorkers" by Bumble. Bea is also the co-host of Tribulations, a live comedy/therapy show with Roy Wood Jr.

We launched the SFNet 40 Under 40 Awards in 2016 to highlight the future leaders of our industry and honor their achievements. Past winners have fulfilled their early promise in a variety of impressive roles, helping to strengthen and grow both their organizations and the secured finance community as a whole. We can’t wait to see the heights that this year’s class will achieve.
