Join us for the Asset-Based Lending Due Diligence 101 Lunch & Learn on August 24. Jason Hoefler (Managing Director, BMO Harris Bank) and Richard Hatley (Managing Director, Riveron) will conduct the workshop.
Learn how the mind of an asset-based lender works, including how key diligence items like the field exam are used in the underwriting process. Topics will include an overview of collateral fundamentals and the field exam approach, objectives, and interpreting results.
