Dave Edwards, Partner, Debt Advisory, FRP Debt Advisory
Dave joined FRP in 2016 and is a Partner in our Debt Advisory team, based in the London office. He has more than 35 years’ experience in the receivables finance and asset financing industry, and continues to specialise in raising asset-based lending. Having previously co-founded a specialist debt advisory firm,
Dave has been involved in more than 100 debt advisory assignments over the last 20 years, and has extensive experience of working with management teams, business owners and other financial stakeholders across a wide variety of industry sectors.
Andy Dimmock, Partner, FRP Debt Advisory
Andy joined FRP in 2016, and has more than 25 years’ experience in asset-based lending (ABL). He is a Partner in the Debt Advisory team based at our London office, and has worked in an advisory capacity for many years, having previously been a Partner in an independent debt advisory firm.
During his time in the industry Andy has worked on multiple debt raisings ranging from £1 million to over £100 million, and involving business across a wide range of sectors. He has experience of raising asset-based debt internationally, and for a multitude of scenarios including acquisitions, mergers and corporate restructurings.
Andy’s previous assignments have included the £18 million ABL refinancing of an accident management business, and the ABL debt raising of £29.5 million for the acquisition of a labour and equipment hire business.
