Panel 1 - Market Update: A discussion on current challenges, fluctuations in deal flow, and key sources of transactions. We will also explore alternatives to asset-based lending (ABL) and consider international perspectives. The update will highlight regional dynamics, including unique trends in the North, such as the growth of boutique advisory firms.

Panel 2 - Risk, Insolvency Recovery, Valuation & Disposal: In light of the current economic climate, insolvency rates in the UK have reached their highest levels since the financial crisis, with a similar trend seen across mainland Europe. Are asset valuations remaining stable? What is the recovery rate on receivables? What are the typical features of recovery cases, restructurings, pre-pack administrations, and liquidations? These questions, among others, will be explored by the panel.
