Panel 1 - Market Update: A discussion on current challenges, fluctuations in deal flow, and key sources of transactions. We will also explore alternatives to asset-based lending (ABL) and consider international perspectives. The update will highlight regional dynamics, including unique trends in the North, such as the growth of boutique advisory firms.

Are asset valuations remaining stable? What is the recovery rate on receivables? What are the typical features of recovery cases, restructurings, pre-pack administrations, and liquidations? These questions, among others, will be explored by the panel.
