Existing and newly appointed portfolio management team members should seek knowledge to continuously improve their portfolio management skills. ABL Portfolio Management Level 2 offers a deep exploration into loan structures and documentation related to portfolio management.
- The curriculum covers effective portfolio management tools related to collateral and risk management within a commercial loan portfolio. Attendees gain knowledge about various documents that comprise a complete credit file and develop a deeper understanding of the underlying loan agreement. Additionally, instructors discuss documentation commonly used in multi-document structures, including intercreditor and subordination agreements.
After attending this course, participants will be able to: - Better understand key documents and agreements used in the management of a borrower relationship.
- More thoroughly understand complex loan structures and develop skills to navigate scenarios where terms and conditions of the agreements are critical.
- Understand multi-doc structures.
- Understanding credit enhancements.
Interested participants should have attended ABL Portfolio Management Level 1 as a prerequisite.
