SFNet Michigan - Private Credit: A Different Kind of Lending
November 7, 2024 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM (Eastern Standard Time)
Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304
Join SFNet Michigan & TMA Detroit for breakfast and a timely discussion on the topic of private credit – a hot topic in the finance market. Private credit generally refers to non-bank lending that is neither issued nor traded in public markets. It encompasses a broad range of debt strategies including direct lending, mezzanine debt, distressed debt, working capital, special situations, real estate debt, and infrastructure debt.
During our panel discussion, five industry experts will discuss the private credit market, its uses, recent trends, and the pros and cons of private credit for all stakeholders involved --- borrower, lender, and sponsor. The panel will explain how the private credit market is ever-changing, and, as more private credit lenders emerge, how the market will continue to evolve.
