Description

Introduction to Factoring is a foundational presentation on the dynamics of the purchasing of accounts receivable as a source of working capital financing, including its place in the market, how it functions, and an overview of structuring a sound factoring facility. This course provides participants with:

  • Working knowledge of recourse factoring;
  • An understanding of the difference between factoring and lending;
  • The mechanics of a factoring relationship;
  • Insights into how deals are structured; and,
  • An understanding of how factoring risk is managed.

For an immersive experience on recourse factoring that discusses all levels of the business, Introduction to Factoring is a “must have” in your knowledge base.

If you are just starting out in factoring or are interested in better understanding factoring as a financing alternative, this course will provide you with a strong overall foundation to support your training goals.
