Webinar, "DIP Financing: Trends and Developments"

A borrower with cash flow issues may be considering Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will typically need some form of debtor-in-possession (“DIP”) financing in order to fund operations during its bankruptcy case. This program provides a brief overview of DIP financing, and will discuss recent trends and developments. Our panelists will identify the major parties to the deal and offer insight into their respective motivations.
