David Gittleman Joins Wingspire Capital as Head of Capital Markets

Wingspire Capital, a leading specialty finance firm focused on providing asset backed credit facilities to the middle market, today announced that David Gittleman has joined the firm as Head of Capital Markets. Mr. Gittleman is based in Atlanta and will support Wingspire’s growth as it implements its strategy of originating and arranging senior secured credit facilities for private and publicly traded companies throughout the country.

Mr. Gittleman previously was a Senior Managing Director of Steel City Capital Funding, where he sourced transactions and supported business development officers throughout the U.S. in all facets of deal origination including the structuring and arranging of complicated financing solutions provided by PNC Business Credit.

About David Gittleman:

Before Steel City, Mr. Gittleman was President & Chief Executive Officer of Cratos Capital Partners, LLC, a specialty finance company with $1 billion in assets under management. David also previously held senior positions at Wells Fargo Foothill and Wachovia Bank and began his career at Bankers Trust in New York. Gittleman received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management.
