Encina Lender Finance Continues Leadership Expansion with Addition of Four Seasoned Industry Veterans

ATLANTA, GA – AUG 16, 2023 – Encina Lender Finance, LLC (ELF) announced today the continued expansion of its leadership team with the addition of four seasoned industry veterans. ELF is joined by Rick Snyder as head of Originations for the Consumer Vertical, Aharon Tarnavsky as head of Originations for the Commercial Vertical, Kathy Myers as managing director of Risk, and Megan McKinless as director of Syndications.

Mr. Snyder was previously at Wells Fargo Securities, where he held senior leadership positions across consumer and commercial finance, ABS and investment banking over a 28-year period. Mr. Snyder was a founding member of Wells Fargo Preferred Capital and served as its head of originations. Most recently, Mr. Snyder was a Managing Director at CIBC, where he led a team in the National Commercial Banking Group. Mr. Snyder will be based in Des Moines, Iowa.
Mr. Tarnavsky was previously at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, DR Bank and White Oak Global Advisors, where he held senior leadership positions across originations, underwriting and portfolio management. Most recently, Mr. Tarnavsky was a Managing Director at White Oak Commercial Finance. Mr. Tarnavsky will join the growing Dallas, Texas, office.
Ms. Myers was previously at Regions Bank and CIT, where she was responsible for underwriting and portfolio management. Most recently, Ms. Myers was a Managing Director at Regions Business Capital, where she was a founding member of the bank’s lender finance group. Ms. Myers will join the Atlanta, Georgia, office.
Ms. McKinless was previously at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, where she was a VP of relationship management and responsible for leading numerous widely syndicated transactions. Ms. McKinless will join the Dallas office.
