Since early 2000, our customized participation and lending programs allow our factors and ABL to service larger transactions than concentration limitations or capital allows. Our 100+ years of collective secured lending experience, supported by our senior lender and loyal subordinated note holders enables us to quickly and intelligently satisfy the needs of our client base.
Despite a portfolio as high as $75 million, we've never needed more nor less than three employees; our clientele only deals with senior management.
SFNet Member Director, Robert A. Zadek
Robert Zadek is the founder and CEO of Lenders Funding. He has been active in commercial finance and factoring for 50 years, as an attorney, lecturer and a lender. He holds a Masters of Law degree and is a CPA. He was instrumental in the formation of the International Factoring Association and was an instructor for the Secured Finance Network (Commercial Finance Association at the time). Bob teaches The Law and Business of Factoring each year for the IFA as well as courses in asset-based lending and secured lending workouts. He is a member of the Economic Round Table.
