Brandy joins the company with over two decades of experience in the commercial finance industry, specializing in General Factoring and Transportation. Her extensive expertise in managing operations, credit, and underwriting is set to further strengthen Dare Capital’s commitment to providing top-tier outsourced Back Room Services to the Factoring industry.
In her most recent role as Group Manager of Operations at Love's Financial, Brandy oversaw portfolio growth and ensured that best practices were upheld in operations, collections, and credit. Her career includes leadership positions at prominent organizations such as TAB Bank, Triumph Business Capital, eCapital, and Vertex Financial. Brandy has consistently demonstrated her ability to enhance operational efficiencies and support financial growth across all areas of her expertise. "We are strengthening our back-room operations due to the significant growth in our Back Room Service (BRS) program," said Cole Harmonson, CEO at Dare Capital. "Our focus is on providing exceptional portfolio management for our partners, and with Brandy's extensive transportation experience, we're now able to offer BRS for Transportation Factors as well. This expansion allows us to better serve a wider range of clients in the factoring industry."
Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for Dare Capital, as the company continues to expand its Back Room Services (BRS) offerings. BRS is a White Label Product designed for Banks, Entrepreneurs, and Commercial Finance Brokers. With this service, our partners originate prospects, while we handle the underwriting, closing, and servicing of the relationships. Brandy's role will focus on optimizing operational processes, driving portfolio growth, and maintaining the company's high standards in client service and financial solutions.
