Ms. Rachel is a financial sales development leader with over 15 years of sales and leadership experience as well as 10 years in accounting. She has worked extensively with SME and both large privately owned and publicly traded companies. Heather has a broad range of experience in working with various industries. Her career highlights include assisting Boston Scientific augment and maximize their hiring efforts in the pharma industry, recognized in 2022 as one of the top women in Asset-based Lending, and achieving desired financing results for many companies over the years resulting in continued growth and profits. Ms. Rachel currently serves as the Minnesota TMA Chapter President for the Turnaround Management Association and has been a notary since 1997. Heather is a graduate of St. Catherine University, St. Paul, MN with a BS Professional Sales and Psychology minor.
