Winston & Strawn LLP represented SPAC Advisory Partner LLC, Inc., as underwriters' counsel, in connection with GSR III Acquisition Corp., a blank check company, in the closing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $200,000,000, which closed on November 7, 2024. GSR III has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
