Additional Liquidity to Support Business Expansion
Westport, CT – January 8, 2025 — Great Rock Capital, an asset-focused commercial finance company specializing in middle market lending, today announced the closing of a $25 million senior secured revolving credit facility with Lion Energy, LLC (“Lion”), a provider of power products such as large industrial power storage systems, portable solar generators and panels, lithium batteries, and whole-home energy backup systems.
The new credit facility will refinance Lion’s existing debt and boost their liquidity position to support the company’s strategic business expansion.
