Thirdmark is positioned with the capital to provide participations. The company's sole product is participations, so we are not a competitor, only a partner.

Jacob Ladner moved into his role of Chief Executive Officer for Thirdmark Capital in 2021 after more than a decade with Interstate Billing Service, where he served as vice president of sales and client experience. During that time, Ladner helped the company achieve tremendous growth with clients in 44 states and Canada - all valuable experience seeing firsthand how factoring provides powerful solutions for business growth. Ladner is a graduate of the University of North Alabama.
