Dallas, TX – March 2025 — Haversine Funding, a leading provider of lender finance funding solutions to factors and commercial lenders, is pleased to announce that Jacqueline (“Jackie”) Snyder has joined the team as Underwriter, Lender Finance. Snyder brings with her over ten years of experience in the factoring industry, having served as both an Underwriter and Compliance Auditor. In her previous role at Riviera Finance, she oversaw a team of underwriters and conducted comprehensive account and client reviews, demonstrating her strong eye for detail and commitment to portfolio quality.
“I am thrilled to join Haversine and look forward to contributing to such an experienced and collaborative team,” said Jackie. In her role as Underwriter, Snyder will be responsible for all aspects of underwriting from structuring, due diligence, and documentation. Her focus will include risk management and portfolio development. “We are beyond excited to welcome Jackie to the team,” said Gen Merritt-Parikh, Co-CEO and President of Haversine Funding. “Her experience in underwriting and compliance, combined with her hands-on, team-oriented mindset and willingness to dive in and solve challenges, will further strengthen our firm as we continue to expand and support our growing client base.” Prior to her career in factoring, Snyder worked in recruiting and onboarding for a Dallas-based non-profit organization. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Marketing and Management from Texas Christian University.
