Ms. Conroy Focuses On Regional and Middle Market Companies
BOSTON, MA, March 26, 2025 – Eastern Bank is pleased to welcome Theresa Conroy as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. Ms. Conroy brings 20 years of commercial and industrial lending experience to Regional and Middle Market companies.

Ms. Conroy, who most recently served as Senior Relationship Manager – Middle Market Division at Needham Bank, has an extensive background in commercial lending and a commitment to serving businesses. She brings expertise in structuring commercial loans, building lasting relationships with clients, and offering tailored financing solutions that align with the businesses’ long-term objectives. Ms. Conroy has worked across roles in commercial banking, including portfolio management, credit analysis and business development. Prior to Needham Bank, she served as Vice President, Relationship Manager – Regional Banking Division at TD Bank, where she provided full-service solutions, including lending, cash management, deposits and foreign exchange to commercial banking customers throughout Greater Boston. Earlier in her career, Ms. Conroy held credit risk, portfolio management and financial analyst roles at Santander Bank. Active in the local community, she previously served as a board member for the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network and on the Board of Directors for MassEcon. She also volunteers regularly and was a community-based mentor with Big Sister Association of Greater Boston for twelve years. Ms. Conroy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
