Ethics CLE
Recommended Field of Study: Behavioral Ethics
Lenders often wonder why lawyers are obligated to do certain things in the course of representing them. Panelists will discuss a lawyer’s ethical and other obligations to clients, clients’ customers and other third parties, including hot topics in ethics and professionalism in legal practice. This presentation will include discussions of important recent ethics opinions, conflicts of interest, the unauthorized practice of law, communications with represented and unrepresented parties, and artificial intelligence.
This program will be informative to both lawyers and their lender clients. Lenders are encouraged to attend. Attorneys attending will receive CLE credit.
