The Leadership in DEI Awards will recognize and celebrate individuals and organizations that are making significant contributions to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the secured finance industry.

Rules

All nominations must be submitted by June 20, 2024.
Nominators and nominees must be national members of SFNet.
Nominees may be an organization or an individual.
There is no limit on the number of nominations a company is allowed to submit.

Tell us why you are nominating this company or individual, including initiatives implemented by the nominee to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the secured finance industry and/or their organization. This could include programs focused on recruitment, retention, and advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups, the establishment of or work on ally groups, etc.

For company nominations, we encourage you to include information such as improved diversity metrics, employee satisfaction and engagement statistics, as well as the overall impact on business.
